Shipping Methods

Orders may be shipped through courier, transport service, APSRTC / TSRTC bus parcel or other available delivery methods depending on product weight, destination and service availability.

Dispatch Time

• Ready stock items are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
• Bulk or special requirement orders may take additional time.
• Delivery time depends on transport/courier service and destination.

Delivery Charge

Delivery charge is calculated based on selected service, product weight and available shipping rules. The charge is shown at checkout before order confirmation.

Tracking

When shipping details are updated by admin, customers can view tracking status in the order tracking page.

Damaged Parcel

Please check parcel condition at delivery. If parcel is damaged, contact MARUTHI LIGHTS immediately with photos/videos and order details.
